Community Management & Programme Delivery for a Purpose-Led Startup Accelerator
Evolve by Entrepreneurial Spark
Entrepreneurial Spark was experimenting with a new B2C offer, launching Evolve, a mindset-first online accelerator hosted on Circle. The concept was strong, but the early-stage community needed direction, energy and a dedicated presence to bring it to life. The team were looking for someone who could hold both vision and execution and build from the ground up.
The Approach
I joined as Community Manager and Accelerator Lead, bringing an entrepreneurial mindset, human-first approach, and a serious bias for action. My focus was on co-creating structure, momentum and meaning, blending strategic community planning with active facilitation, content creation and coaching delivery.
Co-creating this community was a chance to blend structure with heart—turning ideas into momentum and momentum into real impact.
Over the course of the year, this translated into:
✷ Sharpening the value proposition & crafting a clear Community Manifesto
✷ Writing the Community Bible to align with marketing & brand tone
✷ Redesigning the onboarding journey for clarity, warmth & engagement
✷ Building out an engagement strategy & community rituals
✷ Designing & facilitating over 40 live sessions, from business skills to peer connection
✷ Co-developing & launching three signature courses (Find Your Best Customer, 90-Day Planning, Growth Business Fundamentals), including content design, media coordination & tech implementation
✷ Delivering 1:1 accountability coaching to support member progress
✷ Developing & executing lead-generation activities, including a public webinar & ebook
✷ Working directly with the CEO on programme design, while collaborating across marketing and partnerships
The Skills
This project was an exercise in adaptability and lean innovation. I used a test-and-iterate approach, drawing on startup methodology, Circle platform expertise and real-time feedback from members and stakeholders. I brought both systems thinking and emotional intelligence, helping a growing team navigate ambiguity while creating a community experience that felt grounded, valuable and human.
